Review content:
We only wanted to board our dog for a few days: First, they admittedly gave our dog a shot for Kennel Cough when he was current on that shot and did not need one and they insisted we need to pay for it. They were the ones that gave him the Kennel Cough shot 5 months prior. They also charged us for an exam fee of $42.00 that we were not aware of. We only wanted to board our dog for a four days. We feel people need to know about all fees upfront, apparently they do not. When we questioned them about the charges, we were immediately told to take our business elsewhere and then hung up on. We believe we were told to take our business elsewhere as a cover up for multiple mistakes.
