MY 2006 3 SERIES WAS IN A MINOR ACCIDENT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE FRAME HAD BEEN DAMAGED AND WOULD NEED MAJOR REPAIRS. THE INITIAL TIME ESTIMATE WAS 1 MONTH. I WAS TOLD BY MY SERVICE ADVISOR TO KEEP CALLING HIM EVERY FOR UPDATES. HE NEVER ONCE CALLED ME. EACH TIME WE SPOKE, I FELT LIKE HE WAS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. OVER 2 MONTHS LATER, I FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK. AS I WAS DRIVING MY CAR HOME, THE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON! I WAS TOLD BY MY ADVISOR AT STERLING THAT I HAD TO CALL CREVIER BMW AND TAKE IT UP WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY CONTRACTED SOME OF THE REPAIRS OUT TO THEM. SO, I TAKE MY CAR TO CREVIER AND THEY TELL ME NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY CAR. ONCE AGAIN, AS I AM ON MY WAY HOME, THE WARNING LIGHT COMES ON AGAIN. I THEN TOOK MY CAR TO BMW OF BEVERLY HILLS, WHERE THEY CONFIRMED THAT SOMETHING INDEED WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. I CALLED STERLING AND ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO CONTACT CREVIER BMW. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILTY AND FEED YOU A BUNCH OF LIES!
