Sibcy Cline is a bad office to deal with in this town. Kristy Johnson screwed us over so bad and she knew my husband 20 years. She was needed to talk to our attorney about the lies she witnessed we was told by the seller and Kathlene Brewer . Well Kristy dodges her calls, lies about calling my attorney, and was conviently never available for a dispossition. She can not be trusted and I would Not use Sibcy Cline to sell or buy a house. After they made there money on us they would not even speak to us about the problem we had or even offered to help out by speaking to our attorney. It was one blow off after another. The main manager of the office at that time was Amy and she shut the door in our face when we went in and told her our house fell in. We had to bull dose half that house and rebuild it. All because of lies from all these people.We lost out butts on a termite infested house, it was even on the news how bad we were done in 1997. I have copies of the lawsuit and can prove everything. So stay away from Kristy Johnson, she is as two faced as they come. I would not trust her as far as I could spit.
Anyone who wants to see proof of how this office and agent did us contact me and ill be glad to ablidge.
Oh and for the record, Kristy is not the only agent that has been taut how to get one up on her clients. I have not meet one realestate agent that I havent caught in numerous lies. There worse than car salesmen, plus they make a mint on an investment they have put not one penny into and all for putting a sign in your yard!!!!
Gee whats wrong with this picture!! There should be laws passed to make it where realestate agents can only charge one price for there service, it should not be according to how nice of a home you have or what its worth. after all they perform the same exact service if the home is worth 5 dollars or 300,000.00 dollars so why do they get to make more for the same service off people who work hard for their nice things??? Pretty darn bad if you ask me!
