Since none of the Lane Bryant shops in my area have reopened after Katrina, I truly welcomed the chance to check out what is new when I traveled north for work last week.
I decided to visit the store in Aurora, IL and I could not have made a better choice. The store is sparkling clean, well organized and very orderly. All of the associates working there are super-friendly and helpful. Needless to say, I spent much more than I planned to. Kudos also to one of the store managers, Mrs. Angela and the district retail manager, Ms. Chris, who made it possible for me to use some pre-Katrina promotional coupons that I've saved. This was truly outstanding customer service.
The merchandise is fairly priced and truly attractive. The displayed outfits make you want to try them on. The fitting rooms are spacious and the lighting is not bad either. The sales associates will be more than happy to find your size or another color for you as well as to suggest complementing pieces.
