Review content:
This starts 8/19 through 10/1 here in Michigan this year. It is located in Holly, Michigan and is a HUGE, FUN gathering of people from all over! Each weekend has a different theme. This is such a unique event! There are hundreds, perhaps even 1,000 vendors, at this place. They sell ANYTHING and EVERYTHING related to a renaissance festival of the old! You can get wooden swords, as well as real ones! You can buy walking sticks, jewelry, clothing, knick knacks for the house, wands! Face painting, pony rides, festival rides are all available for the kids!
There is jousting that takes place, too! You can get beer and HUGE drumsticks of chicken, bigger than your hand!! LOL Just like the days of old!
The cost is usually about $15, or more, for an adult but look for coupons to save a few bucks! Arrive early because it gets busy from about noon on! We get there when the open at 10 a.m. and usually leave about noon with the kids. This year, I believe we will be going back with just my husband and I for some "adult" fun! LOL
