Review content:
This agency is in the business of selling modular homes to unsuspecting people who think that all the promises made to sell the home will be legitimate. Unfortunately, if the homebuyer is not savvy enough to see through the "sales pitch," they will be taken for a long, expensive ride. Promises made during the sale are conveniently "forgotten" and they fail to tell you that their workers are inexperienced and incompetent in the actual finishing work done onsite. Things that should obviously be included in the finished package end up being "extras" with inflated additional charges. In my case, some of the items that should have been redone or replaced were never fixed, and I have spent far too much money to attempt to correct the mistakes that they made, over and above the original sale price. The completion date onsite was 2 1/2 months later than promised, and the carpet installers left the job without completing the installation (which was past the date set up for me to take possession of the home). I had made three payments on the mortgage before I was able to take possession, and my moving van had to sit out front an extra WEEK waiting for the carpet installation to be finished!
Buyers beware!!
