Jims Jennings Transmission is an Essex landmark. Known for quality service, this company has been in business for over two decades. It's a family run company, with an owner who is well known in the Essex area.
At first view of this location, you will find exotic plants framing the clean exterior of the building. Clear lettering and clean windows great every customer. Walking in, you will find at least three people ready to help take care of whatever your car may need. These gentlemen are friendly and really know what they are talking about. Once your information is given, you may be directed to the rather clean waiting area.
In the waiting area, you will find fresh coffee, a small vending machine as well as a water dispenser. These things are always available to customers. There is a television and even coloring books/toys for the children.
The work done to the vehicle is always quality, done by well trained mechanics. The cars are road tested before and after the service. The prices are competitive and the turn around time is reasonable. All in all, it's a great place to take your car.
