My wife and I really love our fish, and it's quite hard to find good fish around the Fox Valley. We usually get the best fish dinners near Kewaunee, her hometown, at a place called "Birchwood". Anyways, since our first visit to Trim B's, we were very impressed. I always get their Perch which is very very good. I really enjoy the batter they use. My wife always gets the baked haddock and she loves it. Trim B's has a nautical atmosphere, and good service too. If you go to their website http://www.trimbs.com/main you can sign up for coupons and what not. I believe the first coupon we got was for 50% off our entire meal. Also, on our wedding anniversary they sent us a free meal! You can also join their card member club and rack up points eat time you eat there. Trim B's has the best perch I have had in the Fox Valley.
