Cyndi Lowden helped us when we were in the market for a new home. She was nice and friendly and more than willing to show us any house we wished to see, but we did find that we had to put in a lot of work to find the houses we wanted to look at. Ms. Lowden helped us put an offer on one house and though the deal fell through, she made things easy for us to understand. Since the market went up, we were unable to buy that year and we never heard from Ms. Lowden again.
