I can't think of any time I've gone into this store that I wasn't greeted with a smiling face. That makes a person feel good.
The store is always stocked very well, with any items I'm looking for, including the very hard to find sale items from the ads or brochures. The aisles are always clean and well maintained. Their shelves are arranged very neatly and they carry about any office item you would ever think of.
Their return policy is very good. I've never had a problem returning an item there, including an item I purchased from Staples.com. They are staffed properly at any time I enter that store. I've never had to wait on any cashier or staff.
Overall I'd give them an A+.
