Not consumer friendly and ask for a receipt when returning video.
Rented in Syracuse but by mistake returned video to Goshen’s Video Unltd. Store. Two months later Goshen called to pick up video and return to Syracuse. Did and check with people at the counter what happened and said no problem. Five years later was turned over to a collect Agency, we have to pay for the video (which they have) and some crazy fees (doubled the cost of the video). The dumb thing is the same store manager run both stores but when contacted was no help. I asked for the main office but she will no give that information out (secret or something). Files a complaint with BBB but Syracuse store never responded. This is on my credit report but as a consumer you are powerless to big business.
