Businiess name:  Aurora Quality Buildings

Review content:
In a nutshell, we originally contracted in April of 2005 for a small cabin/shed with a loft. Our deposit of $2700 (+/-) was to go toward the final price of $32,000 (+/-). We were given many excuses for not having a preliminary drawing of the building, including computer problems, too busy, wearing to many hats, too much work, choosing one salesman (Lon) over the other (Roger), etc. The owner, Wade, offered to refund our deposit money back in early 2006, but we were also promised by our salesman (just one of many hats), Lon, that he would produce our building plans. After more excuses and a total lack of performance, we decided to ask for our money back. Now when we call them, if we are lucky we could leave a message on their answering machine or voice mail on cell phones. However, all our pleas are ignored repeatedly. Their salespersons are told not to talk to us now, and we cannot communicate with anyone and they won't return our calls. What else is a person to do? Sue!
