Review content:
I have probably been to most of the salons in Camden County and haven't found one stylist that really knows what my hair needs or what I need. A lot of them are either really young and inexperienced or older stylists who seem to be stuck using a lot of older techniques. I stumbled upon Enchantress one day when I used their parking lot as a turn-around, I never saw it before until then... so I decided to check it out. I met the stylist and owner Stephany, she was really nice & gave me her business card so I could make an appointment. I called the next day after work to make the appointment for my day off... it was already after 5:30pm, but she told me I could come right over! When I got there she talked to me a lot about what I wanted to do with my color and style and what my actual goal was. She wrote it all down and even kept magazine pictures for me. I ended up getting cut, colored and some high lights too. It turned out better than I ever thought it could look, my hair was pretty damaged. She actually gave me some samples of products to take home that she used in my hair to make it look so good. The next time I went in, about a month and a half later, I just stopped by to make my appointment and she was really busy but stopped and said Hi Wendy! How are ya? right when I walked in and then she excused herself and came over and checked my hair out, told me what we'd need to do at the next appointment... I was so surprised she remembered my name, me and everything about my hair! It was really refreshing. My next appointment went just as good, I ended up being there longer than I planned, but it was worth it. I finally found MY salon!
