Businiess name:  Kirkland's

Kirkland's is a home decor located in the Katy Mills Mall. I have been there in the past, usually around the holidays, and found some great seasonal decorative items, but I hadn't been there in awhile. I went yesterday and was disappointed. One of the things I usually like about home decor stores is that you can walk around and browse different displays so that you can get ideas for things to do in your own home. This store is not very big and things are just kind of crammed in there so they don't have much room to put together many displays. If it's somewhat busy (like it was yesterday while I was there), it's hard to even move around due to the limited space and crammed walkways. I didn't think that their selection was very good or unique, either. It was actually pretty typical stuff that you can find pretty much anywhere and their prices weren't very good, either. If you're looking for a wide selection of affordable home decor options and you live in this area, I'd recommend that you check out Garden Ridge instead. If you're looking for cute seasonal decor, Kirklands might be worth checking out.
