Review content:
Local residents recommended this hair salon so on Saturday, July 1st my husband was in need of a trim and we were on hand so we thought we would give them a whirl. My husband has short hair and takes a maximum of fifteen minutes, 10 if the person is truly gifted with scissors. On arriving at the salon, it was 330pm, but we saw the hours posted on the door said
hours of operation for Saturdays, until 5pm. Before passing the threshold a young chap and a ruddy complexioned man, claimed, "we are open until 4pm today, here take our menu".
"Menu", firstly our plans did not include dining. We felt the experience was rude and rushed, since they did not ask if we cared to make an appointment. It was half an hour before the stated closing time and they were not allowing us past the threshhold. We felt the "menu" was pretentious and short-sighted of them since at no given time were apologies offered since they were not interested in working. "Sorry, we are not in the mood to work today" would have worked rather than a "menu" being shoved in our faces and not being willing to work since my husband would have taken all of fifteen minutes to cut his hair.
Based on principle, I would not venture there again, since my last impression was unfavourable.
