Review content:
I called Cascade ahead of time and they told me to be there by 6pm to since it was the final rental time of the day. I got there at 5:55pm and waited in line until 6:02pm. At that time I was told that it was too late now to rent a kayak. Since I was leaving town the next day I asked if I could only go for a bit and just pay the full hour. They said no b/c THEY wanted to leave by at the latest 7pm. So much for going the extra mile for your customer....
