Review content:
Since our television went out, we had to go hunting for a new one. We stopped at Circuit City because we had found one that we liked on their website. We were greeted at the door and there were several employees in a big clump in the aisle. We were asked by one if he could help us find anything. We chose to look around on our own and did find one that we wanted eventually, but wanted to measure it first. No employee was around at this time except one that was helping another customer. I am not sure if they all decided to take a break at the same time or what.
Finally, my husband found an employee on the other side of the store who came over to help. We paid for the television and got in the car to pull around to the side to pick it up . Everything was fine until we brought the tv in the box inside our house and set it on my tan carpet. There must of been something on the bottom of the box that ended up getting all over my carpet! I spent 2 hours trying to remove this huge stain which is still apparent. Although I know nothing will be done, I will be calling to make them aware to clean off the boxes or at least warn the customers to not put them down on the carpet.
The store was clean but apparently the storage area is not!
