I used to have AAA when I was younger and still lived in OR. My mom bought it for me as a gift the first year and I think I renewed my service with them for about 7 years until circumstances changed. I would now love to rejoin because they were always so great! And I would know cause I used them soooo many times! Flat tire, locked my keys in my car, key wont turn in the ignition, brakes went out, locked my keys in the car, needed traveling info, locked my keys in the car, car won't start, need a tow, another flat and again, locked my keys in the car...you get the picture! Everytime I called they were polite, helpful, reassuring and responded very quickly.
Plus, I didn't even begin to mention all the benefits you receive within your local community for being a member, discounts on admissions, insurance, hotel bookings, etc. There are so many places that, even though they don't advertise they give huge discounts for being a member of AAA.
If given the opportunity again, I would definitely sign up for their service! AAA has gotten me out of a lot of tight spots and for that I am so grateful - I don't think you can really go wrong with them!!
