I called Best Friend to kennel my dog for a week, I wanted the base package, $14.95, where my dog would be let out of his indoor/outdoor kennel once a day and fed his own dog food. The owner stated "This kennel is the Hilton, not Motel 6, we do not accept just any dog and I require an additional exercise package for all dogs." Although my dog is pure bred, he is lazy, bites himself, has dandruff, stinky ears, and gas. He is quite a lovable character. This guy probably would have taken one look at him and refused to let him in the door. Advice to Best Friend, you are supposed to be providing a service, all I need is a safe place for my dog to hang out until I get back, not a day spa.
