Last August I made a decision that has made a huge impact in how I do business. I quit using a PO Box and leased a mailing address from the UPS Store. I am now a Brown believer!
Here are just a few ways that switching to the UPS Store has saved me time (and frustration.)
-You mailing address is a street address. No problems arranging deliveries because the sender won't ship to a PO box.
-Moving across town doesn't affect your mailing address. No more lost or late mail due to an address change.
-No more wet mail or packages left at the wrong address.
-Copy and fax services. You can even buy greeting cards and gift wrap your present in the store before you ship it!
-Friendly staff that know me by name and are always helpful.
-Security in receiving packages. Your package comes directly from the truck into the store. No valuable items setting under you mail box or by your door to tempt thieves. The staff even sign the shipping log for you!
-Call in mail service. You call in and they tell you if you have mail or a package has arrived. This service alone has probably saved me a tank of gas in wasted trips to an empty mail box.
The UPS Store is a winner all the way around for me. They will continue to get my business for as long as they are in business. Given the excellent service they provide...that will be a very long time.
