Just thinking about the Furniture Factory Outlet store in Muskogee gets me irritated! Furniture Factory Outlet is located on Shawnee, in the Curt's Shopping Center. Living in Muskogee for years, we were always at, or near, the Curt's Shopping Center for one reason or another, so on one of those occasions, I decided to stop in, as I knew I wanted to get my husband a nice recliner for Father's Day. We immediately got approved for finance, and found a recliner we loved. We were assured of their "fantastic warranty", and although it was pricey, about four hundred dollars, I was pleased, as I knew my husband would enjoy this recliner for years to come. Boy, was I wrong! Within a month, the fabric started coming loose on the chair. Within three months, I knew I had made a horrible mistake. I had called Furniture Factory Outlet, who told me to call the manufacturer... they would not even help me, although I was their customer. It turned out the "warranty" did not cover the fabric... even though the chair was brand new! I will tell you... this was definitely a faulty recliner... it was not like we were "rough" on it in any way! I still get furious any time I drive by that store... I would not recommend it to anyone! They will tell you anything you want to hear, until they get the sale... then you're on your own... forget Furniture Factory Outlet... you get the same prices at more reliable furniture stores, with much better quality and service.
