I have been dealing with the folks at San Jose BMW for over 15 years now. While every relationship has its ups and downs, overall I have appreciated the service I've received from them, and would recommend someone looking for BMW motorcycle sales, service or parts to go to SJBMW. In fact it was San Jose BMW that got me started in my appreciation of BMW's motorcycle products. I had ridden Hondas exclusively before, and my previous new motorcycle purchase was one where I was not even allowed to test ride my motorcycle until I had signed the paperwork! At San Jose BMW I signed up for a demo ride and was able to take the bike for an extended ride to confirm that the BMW was what I wanted. It was a while before I finally bought that BMW, but there's no doubt the decision was positively influenced by the folks at SJBMW.
Over the years I've used San Jose BMW for warranty service, non-warranty service, parts and accessories. The staff is usually very helpful, and you never get any pressure whatsoever from the sales staff.
