I began going to Lifetime Fitness to workout and couldn't be happier. There is a lot of newer equipment, flat screen TVs, and helpful staff. The clientele is a wide range of ages. There is also a wonderful indoor pool and the locker room facilities are great.
I also decided to get my haircut there too. I had an AWESOME, hip haircut. But the best part... you get childcare for FREE. Even if you are NOT a member of the gym. You get up to 3 hours so if you want a wax or facial in the SPA.
Ask for Sarah, she was new (as of June 06) and did a great job. I gave them four stars because they are still working out some kinks from new management. I haven't tried any trainers yet but my husband has worked with Alan and he is fantastic.
