Businiess name:  David's Bridal Lynnwood WA
Review by:  Kathryn S.
Review content:
I recently purchased my wedding gown and 4 entire bridesmaids ensembles from David's Bridal in Lynnwood. If it were not for the fact that I fell in love with the dresses on line, I would never have parted with my money in that store. I was not even allowed to wander the store without making an appointment with a salesperson. As a first time bride and being completely new to the experience that was an immediate turn off. I was arbitrarily partnered with whoever was available, my needs or desires did not seem to be a factor whatsoever. When I returned for my mandatory appointment to try things on I waited with my bridal party for 2 hours before being allowed to venture near a mirror and the salesperson assigned to me promptly disappeared never to be seen again for sizing information or assistance. She did not know anything about the merchandise insisting that an organza skirt was a satin skirt until I pointed out on the label "organza silk". When we placed the order for our attendant's gowns the satin ribbon for the belt was ordered incorrectly not once but twice! If it were not for my wonderful family and friends, David's Bridal would have completely ruined the experience of buying my wedding dress.
