Review content:
I have stayed at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids MI., 3 or 4 different times. Each time was exactly as you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The rooms were spotless and the service was excellent.
I thought it was definitely worth the extra money to upgrade to the "Tower Club". These rooms are higher up in the tower part of the hotel. They have a better view and are a little more up to date than the rooms in the old part of the hotel.
