If you are traveling along 224 or 250 and come across the Circle H Motel, do yourself a favor and just keep driving. I have traveled near and far and have stayed in hotels and motels of all descriptions, but never have I stayed anyplace near as decrepted as the Circle H Motel. I have trouble understanding how this place is even in business. Here's a brief rundown on the "amenities": Room decor that has not changed since Johnson was in office, complimented by stained carpeting and cobwebs. An assortment of antique (not in the quaint way) linens and towels, also soiled and stained. A dripping faucet into an old sink that won't drain. A stained and dirty bathtub that includes a faded shower curtain but no shower!?! Bathroom tile that is broken and caving in, as the floor is about to let go. Air Conditioning that will only work if you stretch the extension cord across the dripping, stopped up sink to a plug with no faceplate. And, oh yes, the local wildlife, in the form of bugs, that come to visit as you attempt to relax on the tired matteress with your head atop the wafer thin pillow. Need I say more? Unfortunately, I could. A lot more, I'm afraid. It is not my nature to knock businesses, especially mom and pop outfits like this, but this place is truely remarkable in it's own kind of awful way. Sleeping in the car or in a dumpster would be cleaner and more comfortable. The only group that I would recommend visiting the Circle H Motel soon would be officials from the local Health Board
