Review content:
She (Nancy) will tell the client that they can cancel their membership any time. She will say that you have to pay monthly only. (Which is true). But if you want to cancel in few months, she will make you pay for the year. Since she makes you sigh the contract by verbally promising that you can cancel any time. Client tend to trust since she will be very nice, until you sign the contract. BE CAREFUL of VERBAL COMMITMENT from HER. Get something in BLACK and WHITE.
