I had been told about Carrabba's from a couple friends and what great italian food they served and I never really trusted any Italian restaurants out in Vegas because i'm an italian girl from New York. Anyways I went to Carrabba's and it was absolutely out of this world. I started with some bread and spices and oils that were delicious. We had a shrimp scampi appetizer that was really good too. My mom enjoyed it much than I but it was good. I ordered the chicken gratella and i'm not even exaggerating it was the best meal i've ever eaten at any restaurant. It was to die for. Their garlic mashed potatoes are also the best i've ever had. I'm truly sincere. My mouth waters thinking about this place. So we purposely left leftovers becaue the plates were huge and we were also a little full from the appetizers and we knew we'd be excited to eat it at home later. A couple hours later after we got home i went downstairs to go have my leftovers. I was so excited as i went to the fridge and i didn't see it. I asked my mom if she ate it and she said no you'll never believe it. I was like What? She said, the cats got it. I was so upset i almost cried. I have to go back soon. I actually crave going to this restaurant. I absouletely enjoyed everything about it. The service was excellent. I can't wait to return.
