Just after this restaurant opened we ate there almost every Saturday afternoon. It was a nice change from what was available around here and the prices were reasonable. We were very pleased at first although we noticed early on that the time it took to be served was a bit much. However, we chalked it up to them being a new restaurant and just working out the kinks. After several months we noticed that the food was not quite as good. One Saturday we went in and ordered. They took over an hour to prepare raw fries and a sandwich. We had to call our waiter several times to inquire about our order. He finally told us that the cooks were "changing shifts" and they just forgot our order in the back. When the food finally arrived the meat in the sandwich tasted spoiled. It was brought to our waiter's attention and he had them prepare a new sandwich (another 30 minutes). When it arrived it was worse than the first one! After almost 2 hours of waiting on food that was inedible we decided it would be our last trip to this restaurant. I'm rather glad we decided not to go back as it appears that they have now become sort of an upscale "honky tonk" with bands and such most weekends. Certainly, not our cup of tea as we prefer quiet dining with a good atmosphere.
