We want to thank Rob's Window Cleaning for the wonderful job they did on our home. We took full advantage of their gutter, house, concrete, decking and window cleaning and we could not be happier with the work. It looks like we have a new house. In fact several neighbors have commented about how great the home looks. We always believe you should get what you pay for and we feel we more than got our monies worth. Having dealt with home services in the past, our expectations were very low but this experience with Rob's has changed our thinking. When we called about an estimate, one was provided within a few days. When we had a timeline to get our work completed, there was no problem. The worker on site was polite with a unbelievable work ethic. It was his attention to detail that made the house look so wonderful. Another example of the customer service was that Rob called our house after the first day of work to make sure that it met our standards. When our friends and neighbors have asked who cleaned our house, we tell them, "Rob's Window Cleaning Service." We are glad that we called and will call again in the future. Thank you.
