I have to agree with the previous folks. I went there to get a trailer hitch for my WRX and they totally scratched up my bumper. It looked like the mechanic took a brillo pad to my bumper for 1/2 an hour. Then they put me on their mailing list without asking me. Now I get RUDE mails every week saying that I need to take my car in for it's 30000 mile service or the 31000 mile service or the 32000 mile service. They are so frackin clueless it is scary.
