Review content:
Nicolo's Chicago Style Pizza, located in the new Founder's Plaza Shops at Founder's Parkway and Ridge Road gives pizza lovers a variety of worldly flavors to choose from. All crust is hand tossed and risen to perfection. Choose from a variety of fresh toppings or select one of their infamous specialty pizzas. My personal favorite is the Margaurita or White Pizza that replaces tomato sauce with garlic white sauce and adds slices of tomato, artichoke and loads of mozzarella cheese.
If pizza isn't your passion, Nicolo's offers tasty Italian pasta dishes and wonderful salads and sandwiches. The Antipasto and Chicken Cesar are divine! Nicolo's isn't your run of the mill chain pizza parlor and your pocketbook may feel a bit of a crunch, but if you are looking for taste and quality, then you won't be disappointed.
