WOW, the site at the Balloon Fiesta Park is simply breath taking! When we went down to attend my sister's wedding in October of 2002, we took in the annual Balloon Fiesta. We got there bright and early, bundled up in several layers of clothing to watch the hot air balloons fill up and take off. Balloons were all around us and it was like nothing else we had ever experienced.
The hot air balloons are beautiful, so bright and beautiful. There are even character and shaped baloons. I loved the cute little pair of bumble bees and the green alien!
There were also lots offood vendors, gift stands, games and the BEST hot chocolate I have ever had in my entire life! Great breakfast burritos too, yum!
We had a fabulous time! And I hope to go back again sometime and let my youngest daughter experience this sight as well. My son LOVED it there and was in awww just like the rest of us!
