Unfortunately - I cannot simply delete my original review as I would like to.
At first I was very pleased with the haircut and color I was receiving. Then after going to the same person for some time the quality of the work was inconsistent. The foils were not tight to the head... leaving those "zebra stripes" when the hair was pulled back.
Unfortunately, the last time I went to the salon - the prices went up and the quality continued to go down. I had zebra stripes with less money in my pocket.
I would not recommend Ensemble for color.
Pros: Location, price, appt availability
Cons: not a pyschologist's office
