We were vacationing in Hilton Head, SC recently. My six year old woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible ear infection. The next morning I called my insurance company, and they found an in-network provider for me: the Cross Island Medical Center located at 157 William Hilton Parkway. It is very close to the bridge coming on to the island, and was easy to find. The doctor was fine, and was kind enough to give us samples so we wouldn't have to buy medication right away. In a pinch, this is an option for unexpected medical care. The facility wasn't the cleanest or most up-to-date, but it was adequate.
