I go to Lifestyles Family Fitness. I'm not really one to work out, but my husband and I said that if we both started working out then we could both benefit from getting stronger and having more energy. ( I'm the more energy part )
We joined when they were having a Buy one get one free deal. We paid for my husband's down payment of $140 and then our first month of $90. But if you think about it $90 a month to work out? that is pretty good. PLus we get to use their Kids Day care area. The staff there is really wonderful and the personal trainers will help you if you need the help.
They are located around Bradenton. But the one i go to is off of US 41/ 14th st.
What a great place to go!
