In today's day and age, I am pretty surprised that there are banks that still close early and only offer two atms! Today's world is so rushed, and I guess I got spoiled, having an ATM from my bank on every corner. When I moved up here, I opened an account at the Moore branch of Intrust Bank. Located right on the corner of Main and Broadway, right across from the Moore Police Department, it seemed a great location, and I just assumed they had more.
The people who work at Intrust are very friendly. It is definitely a community bank, where they go out of their way to show you that they appreciate having you as a customer. I really love that kind of service, and have received it on every occasion that I have actually gone in the bank's lobby.
The problem is, I have odd hours. With four kids, I am constantly running. I constantly need cash at the last moment for one upcoming event or another, that I always seem to find out about at the last minute. The Intrust Bank located at Broadway and Main is the only location in Moore. They have one atm machine outside, so if anyone else is using it, you must wait. They also have one location in Norman, on the west side. The only other locations I could locate are two branches in Northern Oklahoma City, way too far to drive.
I like the bank, but really feel that they need to do more to compete and offer their customers a bit more convienence. Give us a couple more ATM machines!
