I went to Ann Crittenden's Hallmark this evening at Westridge shopping center. I knew exactly what I wanted -- a "mommy" calendar. I found an employee when I walked in who was right in the middle of windexing a shelf. I asked her to point me in the right direction, but she stopped what she was doing, and walked me to the calendar section. They did not have what I wanted, but I knew my friend had purchased this item at A Hallmark store, I just didn't know which one. This girl then proceeded to CALL three other stores, trying to locate the item for me. I did not purchase anything at this store tonight, but it will be the first place I go, next time I need a card or gift! Wow, that is what I call customer service!!
