Review content:
My sister had her wedding aboard the Show Queen a while ago. She chose a luau themed wedding. The music, minister was provided. The view from the top deck where the ceremony was held was amazing! The dinner provided to us was in theme with the wedding (Hawaiian chicken, rice...). The quality of the food isn't what we expected (we wanted it to be better), but the choices were wonderful as was the service.
After dinner, a wedding cake and a toast we headed upstairs for the reception. There was music, dancing and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). While the music was playing and dancing going on you are able to roam the second and top deck as well as the balcony's. Florida sunsets are stunning and being on the water during one is absolutely wonderful.
The cost of the entire event was very reasonable. Around $30 a person for a complete meal, entertainment and atmosphere is well worth it. Can't wait to go back for a quiet evening with my husband.
