Review content:
The apartments look shabby and outdated. The picture advertising it is the office building. That is not even what the apartments look like what so ever. There is no central heat and air. The air conditioner unit is in the bedroom and does not cool the house whatsoever during the warm weather season it is miserable. You have to pay for your laundry. The kitchen is extremely small. You can not open the refrigerator and the oven at the same time. When I say SMALL I mean SMALL. 3 people can not even stand in the kitchen at the same time. The place is very cramped. It is not worth the price they are asking for.
Pros: close to campus, good parking
Cons: just about everything else
