Review content:
While the location makes this one of the busiest in the city it also makes this McDonald's one of the dirtiest. While the food is typical of what you expect the drive thru service is almost ALWAYS screwed up. They can't seem to get anything right and it never fails that they don't pull you over. You would think that by this point in time they would realize when their busy hours are and be able to handle them well. This particular McDonald's is one of the busiest in the city, mainly because it serves most of the downtown area and is located on a main drag.
The beautiful atrium area is nice to sit in on a sunny day but the all too often dirty windows makes it a bit touchy as to whether or not you sit there. The floors are often not overly clean and the rest rooms, don't even go there!
I'm sure the biggest reason for the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant is the amount of traffic they have but they should truly know what to expect by this point in time and be able to not only handle the larger crowds but keep the premises up to standards.
