This small shoe store has great shoes, beautiful jewelry, good service, and a crappy owner. I brought my Dansko clogs in because there was a problem with the insoles, and the nice people who work there assured me they'd get fixed. Then the insoles were back-ordered. Then the shoes disappeared. Then I found out the shoes disappeared. Then the owner lied to me about whether they had been fixed and whether he had called me and when they had disappeared. It turned out he had taken them home to his garage because there wasn't room for them in the store, and that the insoles had finally shown up but hadn't been fixed yet. I got them back about eight months after bringing them in. Never again!
