Review content:
Every time we go in there, we're met with kindness but the waiting can be a little ridiculous. Remembering once, with a very sick cat, the wait was 2 hours before he could be seen. The hours are unbeatable, however. The fact that they are 24 hours, 7 days (more money on the weekend though!) is comforting, especially if you have an older animal your concerned about. They might forget you're waiting if you're there for an emergency so don't be afraid to speak up and let them know you're still there, waiting to be helped.
Generally, it's a nice place to take your pets for check ups and it's great for peace-of-mind if something happens to your pet during off hours.
If you're undecided on a place to take your new pet, try this one first. You might just be pleasantly surprised.
