Review content:
I have been waiting and waiting for the new Alfredo's location to open! It is located on the I-35 Service Road, on the South side of Moore. It seems it has been under construction forever! They always say, "Good things come to those who wait"! Well, I would say that is definitely true in this case.
We had the honor of visiting the new Alfredo's this past Monday, and it was so nice. I absolutely love the interior of the restaurant, and how they have the authentic Mexican style.
As soon as we walked in the door, we were immediately greeted, and taken to a cozy booth, large enough for the four of us, with plenty of space left. The server came immediately, bringing us fresh chips, salsa, and hot queso. She took our drink orders, returning promptly to get our food orders as well.
The service we received was wonderful! For a new restaurant, I was very impressed with how well thier employees seem to be trained. Our server was very courteous, and was prompt in refilling our drinks and making sure that our food orders were as we liked them.
The only thing I would like to see changed is... add a little more spice to the food... but I am from a Hispanic Heritage, so I definitely like those spices!
I definitely give Alfredo's a big thumbs up!
