This has been my 5th time here to HOPS and it couldn't have been any better. To start off the Hostess named Kennedy sat us to a wonderful both nestled away in a back corner. Far enough away to where our children would be a pain. She then hoped us well and gave us a wonderful car seat net. ( Car seat net ? ) Yes car seat net. It looks like a Tray holder with a net inside which actually holds the car seat. WONDERFUL IDEA TO WHOMEVER MADE THESE. I ordered the 12oz brew master steak with a crust topping. ( something new they have ) with a side of their Mashed potatoes and their potato soup. I told our waiter John to make sure the steak was WELL DONE and not burnt! To my surprise my steak was wonderfully made. I made sure to tell John this was the first time in many visits the steak was done right. He was obliged. Our waiter must have been busy because we had another waiter maybe manager come over to help us with our time there. His name was Kevin. He represented himself in a wonderful manner and helped us with whatever we needed. A true worker if i do say so myself. It really made me feel like he really cared if we were doing ok. I know it's his job but he gave every person there the same attention. Now if every Waiter/ waitress could be the same. I made sure to drop a JB card at the end of the meal. :)
