Review content:
I have been a faithful Big Olaf fan for ten years. I was recently on Siesta Key for a week and I think that I went in there 4 times. They sell fudge, Ice Cream, and other treats all served up by some of the nicest kids in Siesta Key. I think that oldest one helping us was 17 years old. It gives the place a nice down home feel and all of the servers are very nice. The ice cream is spectacular and they usually have 30 or so flavors to choose from. Not too many fruity gelato type of flavors, just good old fashioned ice cream. They close at 10pm so don't get there too late if you are trying to get there after dinner. We almost missed it once. Parking can also be a bit of an issue, try for street parking or follow the signs to the public parking lot.
