Review content:
When I lived in Seattle I banked up the street at Washington Mutual's corporate headquarters. SInce moving to Florida I have used several WAMU branches in Melbourne and Orlando. The branch at Post Commons in Melbourne is the one I prefer. There are three reasons: (1) convenience; there is usually not a long wait; (2) friendliness and helpfulness of staff; Janet, Phillip and Michelle are particularly helpful and nice, and; (3) service; they have been able to provide almost every service that Karen and I have asked for. On occasion they have come back with even better deals than we asked for. It has gotten to the point that Karen and I know the staff and they know us. Banking is very personal at this branch. I like that.
