Before I came into contact with Micro Solutions at my office we were always at the mercy of hardware support people who did not show up all the time... Did not fix the problem correctly.
The staff at Micro Solutions do a terrific job of solving hardware problems with our computers. It is difficult to find someone who is knowledgeable regarding computer networking. We have several computers that are networked and since using the services of Micro Solutions we have not had any headaches or difficulties. They work with our software supplier to fix anything that comes up and do not blame things that are not working on the software company. They give 100% to the job at hand.
If our system is down I am confident that if I call them they will have someone out to check out the problem either the same day or the next day depending on the severity of the problem.
Their prices are reasonable and the staff courteous and responsive. They have normal working hours and are available on weekends by appointment only. They are a jewel in a jaded world. They go above and beyond the call.
