I recently started taking my daughter to Dr. Tania M. Howard for chiropractic care in Annapolis. My daughter is usually very slow to open up to people, but Dr. Tania has been wonderful with her. At her first appointment, she got down on the floor with my daughter to make her more comfortable. She slowly got my daughter used to her touch by rubbing her back while talking to me and her about the book she was looking at, and she tried to related to my daughter by talking to her about her own daughters. After a couple of minutes, it was like someone flipped a switch and my daughter instantly opened up with her. Dr. Tania told both my daughter and I exactly what she was doing and what she was looking for. She also told us how her treatment could help my daughter's ear infection. The treatment itself was very gentle and Dr. Tania made sure my daughter was comfortable each step of the way. So far, her treatment seems to be helping, as my daughter has started sleeping more soundly and waking up in a better mood since she started seeing Dr. Tania.
