I have used various Menards locations over the years, but with our most recent home improvement project, I was impressed with the service I received at the Menards in Burnsville. We ordered shingles and various other materials to replace our roof. We asked that they be delivered to our roof. When the truck came he attempted to place them on the roof but was unable to because of trees and power lines were in the way. Once he delivered them to the driveway - we noticed that there were some items missing. I headed over to the store expecting to have to argue. They quickly refunded the cost of the delivery to the roof and went to gather the items that were missing from the order. They even offered to have the remaining items delivered for me. Since they fit in the car I took them with me - but he helped me load them into my car. Later that weekend I also came back to the store to pick up some additional items and they were very helpful with loading my materials and helping me locate items in the lumberyard. It was also very easy to return our unopened leftovers.
